THE WEATHER
Hi everyone, welcome to Cape Cod and her delicious humidity. We do have a breeze, though, so that is something.
The temperature is 78 and forecasting 90’s today and the wind is coming from the Southwest at 4 miles an hour BUT, the humidity is 96%. (I’m melting!)
The beaches will be crowded today…
TRAFFIC
Good guess? If the day is hot, everyone is at the beach so, traffic is light.

Hi everyone
Welcome back to Cape Cod… The trees are all leafed out now and everything is lush and green. One phenomena is the cicadas, Brood XIV Periodical Cicadas. Their loud humming or buzzing sound can be heard depending on where you live here on Cape. Jay caught one on camera last night out on the deck as it emerged from its cocoon. The buzzing is the male seeking a mate. This will last 4 to 6 weeks (we are told). Then we won’t see them again for another 17...

Hi Everyone
WEATHER
Today, Nature threw us a curve. Temps are hovering around 50 degrees but the wind from the North is dropping it down to the low 40’s. Brrrrr. And, lest those weather gnomes think we should be graced with glimpses of summer, a full-blown Northeaster is scheduled for the next three days. Shall I go on???
